Our Mission
At Kurt Vetters Arts, I am dedicated to telling the compelling stories of the Civil War by word and art to make them understandable and relevant to today's world.
No one works in a vacuum, and I am surrounded by amazing researchers, historians, painters and artists who collaborate with me regularly. I am immensely grateful to the members of the North Alabama Civil War Round Table, the Muscle Shoals National Heritage Area, my professors and fellow graduate students at the University of North Alabama, my friends at Fort Negley in Nashville and Fort Blakeley in Spanish Fort Alabama, and all those who have and continue to support my work.
